Self-Portrait Triptych

I created this booklet with the purpose of showing how I grow and develop in 3 stages: of my infancy, my childhood and my almost adulthood.

Photographer Research 2

Marielle Aurelie is simplistic, wonderful fashion photographer that is Norwegian. Her works are impressive.

Unconventional Family Portrait

I made my grandfather pose this way, since this is how I usually find him when he's thinking.

"Oldest Family Photo"

Believe it or not... this picture is an original back from 1942....of my dear grandmother... I LOVE HER SOOOO MUCH!!!!!

Phobia

I find this to be a strange kind of phobia considering the fact that I look at people in the eyes when I have a conversation.

Lighting

I used back lighting to make it seem like there is a hallow on her head.

Visual Elements

This portrays the visual element of line since the staircase involves the repetition of lines.

Photographer Research 1

Sally Mann is a great photographer. I love that most of her pictures are of her children.

Depth of Field

This is low depth of field since the background is blurry.

"Chrysalis"

A chrysalis makes me think of a butterfly and its beauty being trapped in a shell.

Summer Homework roll 3

When I shot this, I focused on the contrast between the shadow of the bridge and the light reflecting off the ocean.

Summer Homework roll 2

Beautiful day.... complete cloudless.... this to me is priceless....

Summer Homework roll 1

What an amazing view. I wanted my summer roll 1 to have a summer beach feel.

Shutter Speeds

In this picture I used a fast shutter speed to capture the droplet in mid air.

Photogram

In this picture I used cotton in order to give it a cloudy effect.

Perspective

I wish I could have shot this picture with a different angle in order to make it more interesting.
